Kut-Wel Corporation, with over 60 years combined experience in the plasma and oxyfuel cutting industry, is uniquely equipped to effectively satisfy your needs for improved cut part quality and overall enhanced productivity / throughput. We have a dedicated staff focusing on after-sales support, including full documentation, spare parts and consumable inventory, ongoing customer training, preventive maintenance, and emergency service.

Kut-Wel Corporation offers a full line of PC-based and CNC controllers, high speed AC and DC servo drives, and plasma systems by Hypertherm, Thermal Dynamics, and Innerlogic. We also supply optional plate markers, cutting tables, and offline part programming and job tracking software. During this past year Kut-Wel Corporation successfully introduced our new line of custom built dual drive gantry systems.

We are currently finalizing development of our newest offering, a high speed high accuracy precision plasma gantry system available for shipment during the 1st quarter of 2001.

Kut-Wel Corporation currently has systems operating worldwide in both small and medium sized shops, as well as in major steel service centers such as Castle Metals, Ryerson-Tull, Reliance Steel, and Primary Steel.

We begin by working closely with you to analyze and understand your production requirements, the problems you need to solve, and any budgetary constraints you may have. Based upon those factors, we might propose a service call, a retrofit, a remanufacture, or one of our custom built dual drive gantry machines. A typical remanufacture of your existing machine can be completed in as little as 2 weeks in our factory. New dual drive gantry systems are typically delivered in 8 weeks from the time of order placement.

All products and services supplied by Kut-Wel Corporation are fully tested in our factory, include turnkey installation by our Service Engineers, and are fully warranted. All worldwide field work and technical support is performed by a staff of six technical support personnel, all of whom are Kut-Wel Corporation employees.
